Our homes are designed for self installation. Each design comes with full installation instructions that show you what to do step by step. To make installation even easier, we make sure everything is fully labelled. For instance, the corners are marked with letter and number combinations to make sure you install them in the right order. But if you want to get your home erected on site quickly and professionally, why not commission our skilled installers? They do all the heavy work and save the fun bits for you. They will erect the external frame and load bearing walls in about a week. They install the floor joists and trusses to make the home damp proof. And install the entire roof and ceiling, including all insulation, to ensure your home is weatherproof. All work is done with great care down to the tiniest detail. Before laying the roof covering, our installers fix the connections for the guttering. In fact, everything you need for your home to be totally weatherproof. Interior work on site then comes next. Here too, we can do this work for you or you can do it yourself. The first step is to insulate the walls and floors, insulation included. You then lay the floors, erect internal walls, hang doors, install linings, strips and other finishings etc. All that remains is to fit the kitchen and wardrobes that come with our designs larger than 27 m². And, of course, possibly the most enjoyable part of all, to paint and decorate.
