Bright and spacious
With high ceilings and open plan living
When you step inside a Hälsingestugor home you get a sense of light. You experience an amazing feeling of space and wonder at how surprisingly roomy it feels. The secret lies in the open plan layout with generous floor spaces. In most of our designs we have integrated the main living area and kitchen to create one large space for cosy gatherings. The exposed roof trusses and beams also add to the impression of space and give the rooms added volume and a traditional air. Even our smallest rooms feel spacious.
We looked at plenty of different designs without finding what we were looking for. When we saw the sense of space and high ceilings you get in a Hälsingestuga we made up our mind on the spot. Yes please. A smaller home is perfect for us in our senior years. Especially such a spacious one as this where we can accommodate 14 people at family gatherings without feeling on top of each other.
